Healing is Feeling :: October 12/13th 2024

Truth hits and it might just hurt. The pain is here to help us heal.
The odds have been stacked against us, but during this time we are able to see how complicit we have been in our own undoing.

Place emphasis on these new findings. Without an investigation of our past we’d be ill equipped to improve our future. Being hard on ourselves is a misstep on the path of growth and enlightenment. When you notice the harshness, step aside and observe. Breathe deep and chart a different course.

Accept the miscalculations of ourselves and others, then use this knowledge to foster healthier future circumstances.

Waves of emotion come out of nowhere, as the trenches are cleansed and exposed, we aren’t so accustomed to feeling what these hidden layers trigger. For now, it is about balancing action with feeling. Balancing observation and presence with healthy escapes. Give to yourself, its okay, you’ll perform better if you do.

Others do not have the answers to your personal issues, and you do not have the answers for theirs.
Hiccups in relationships require a tactful tongue and personal responsibility. They will arise, and confronting the issue immediately, discreetly, and from a calm nervous system are all essential to peaceful resolution.

If you can’t handle the heat of a situation, get out of the kitchen. If someone doesn’t allow you to walk away when you need to, THEY ARE NOT SAFE. Reconsider your connection to them.

See the love in things…

Take time to see how lovely the world is. There is plenty of chaos, of course, that is life. However, we don’t need to baste ourselves in sorrow every few minutes. Instead, bathe yourself in the glory of existence. It is always there, even in the worst of times, there are silver linings and golden sunsets. Remember that nothing is without it’s purpose. When you feel like garbage, consider the idea that the garbage is finally being taken out to the curb. Either you are being notified that it exists, or you are being cleansed of it’s presence. Breathe in deep… What is beautiful in your world right now?
