Overview / Context
What creative blocks are you facing? Perhaps we aren’t even aware of what has been gnawing at us. The inspiration that seeks us from the beyond has crossed wires these days. The ongoing dance of Neptune, Uranus and Pluto encroaches upon it’s first wave of exactitudes in mid/late July. New ideas and concepts are being birthed but lack a grounding point in the reality of the world.
The sun is in partile (same degree) to the 4° that will carry the two sextile to Neptune (Aries) and trine between Uranus (Gemini) and Pluto (Aquarius). So in a way, this is a little peak at mid July. Even more, the prevailing energetic landscape is just the ‘new normal’. If we found ourselves waking in a new place, buzzing with energy and distraction, we might not have a great time the first day. However, if that environment stayed consistent over time, we would acclimate and learn to navigate. Take the lumps as we go, we are building towards the future.
SUN SQUARE NEPTUNE SPEAKS
When the status quo no longer has space for the upgrades, the systems appear to fail us. These systems, organizations, corporations, governments, technologies and authorities have to keep going. They must keep doing what it is that they do. Otherwise there would be no space to build resistance and implement new revolutionary ideas.
So keep in mind, for today and the next few years… challenges exist to help us build new things. Just like a highly stressful situation that may be playing out in your own life. This scenario, job, relationship, financial crises or identity crisis just draws something deep and unexplored out of us. Forged by fire, from chaos comes clarity.
As each of our individual lives are under stress, so too are the collective movements, patterns, habits, systems and mindsets. The world is a breeding ground for new ideas and identities. In the end, given enough deep breathing and compassionate action, all of these odd and untested expressions will lead to a better world. Possibilities we could have never imagined will rise to the top and the forefront. On the backs of the people, interacting with new technologies, we birth new ways of living. As these new ways of living and being evolve, they will share and collide with each other and the old ways of doing things.
Out of necessity or desire, we will embrace new systems. Not wholesale, but with an investigative eye. As we learn to see our own flaws, faults and problematic patterning, we benefit two fold. In one way, we are cleared of our own self delusion, allowing us to see the world more clearly. In another way, we are trained to see the inconsistencies in our environment. The more we stop lying to ourselves, the less we can be lied to.
If you are someone who doesn’t like to compromise, to negotiate, to change, to admit where you are wrong… if you are someone who despises another for disagreeing… THIS IS GONNA BE A HARD TIME. Work on this. There are resources, not only within you, but in books and therapy sessions. Prayer and meditation goes a long way. No God, spirit, higher self or divinely inspired inner voice would ever guide you to hatred of your brothers and sisters. There is always a viewpoint, somewhere in your consciousness that you may see the connective tissue of spirit.
JUNE 23RD-25TH
The Sun brings energy and Neptune disperses energy. Squares represent a challenge. The sun in Cancer seeks to feel safe, valid and ideally secure. It is natural to protect and fortify the home, explore relationships with birth and chosen family. The time can be a bit adrift in emotions. Sometimes we can lose objectivity. Rational thinking is put to the side in favor of that which ‘makes us feel good’. Not exactly pleasure seeking, but that feeling of believing we are ‘right’ or ‘doing the right thing’.
So these days highlight insecurity. Neptune is dispersing any attempts to build an emotional reality. It does so with obtuse and striking energy waves. One moment we are flying high and the next we are reminiscing about yesteryear. The past may revisit and there may be some sweet connections. Just remember why you are here and that this too shall pass. The old and stagnant patterns being worked through are bigger than this transit.
Chiron made it’s way into Taurus this last week and will stay until September 17th. This adds a grounding force to our healing. Deep wells of emotional memory are accessible. Ensure that you only wade in enough to see your reflection. Take what you’ve learned and feel what needs to be felt. The emotional well is not for drinking. It is for draining, once we’ve learned why we hold it. ((If you were born between 1978 and 1984 you will be very aware of this)).
During these days, confusion plays a role in clearing blockages. Your guides may be interfering to ensure that you don’t invest/waste your time in the wrong places. Some things are just out of our hands. Can you be okay with this?
PRACTICAL TOOLS FOR THIS TRANSIT
The spirit world is very alive. We may need to reach outside of our normal energy to find answers, inspiration or peace.
Going with the flow is essential, in truth, there is nothing to fight, you are not in charge.
Drugs and alcohol are stronger, so dose with caution or abstain, you may feel high anyway.
If you need help, this time may highlight that. Make a plan to get help for yourself.
Don’t trust everything you see or hear, instead, check your intuition and stay open.
Set intentions for your dreams by placing a little note under your pillow before sleep.
Pray and meditate, especially on the 24th/25th there is extra ability to connect.
To assist the collective, stay grounded and peaceful, as chaos may reign.
Know thyself and don’t do things you don’t want to do.
