We may find ourselves detoxifying these days.
Letting go of old habits and patterns and ways fo being. Part of being alive is growing over old fields with new plants. As life progresses, we look at existing structures dotting our inner landscape, and recognize that they no longer are up to code.

We have fond memories of our experiences within that structure. A relationship, a friendship, a career path, a home, a hobby or a cause that we fought for. It was amazing, wasn’t it? That magical thing offered us shelter from the wilds of consciousness. A place to focus our energies and channel our gifts. To see the best of our own potentials on display.
This created ups and downs. To connect our passion with a purpose unlocks the divine creative force we all carry. That energy comes in waves. It collides with the waves of others. New realities take shape that we could not have imagined.
We are filled with all of the magical, terrible, mundane, and life altering memories with the person, place, thing, or idea. The structure remains, but at some point it just takes up valuable space. Like boxes in the attic, perhaps you want to furnish that space or at least be open to the possibility of so. It’s time to release, renovate, to move on.

The ‘moving on’ may come by happenstance or choice. One way or another, gratitude for the experiences of the past will pave the way to a coherent future.
No thing has ever crossed your path by accident. Live your experience in the now. Know that any lost lesson from the past will find you in due time. May we cease the practices of digging into ourselves to learn. We walk within our current reality, and this day is a gift.
Every stepping stone helps build our balance and confidence.
A truly renovated life is being built. Have faith and trust in the universe.
All these changes… the chaos and the turmoil… it’s all part of the process. Manage what you can, and may the peace you find ripple out to the world.
