October 11th “Finishing up details, hard edits”

This can be a little maddening. Hard to know when something is ‘done’ or ‘good enough’. While this energy asks for some decisions to be made, re position yourself in your connections. There is a philosophical disagreement within us requiring pondering and discussion.
Being right doesn’t mean a thing. However, being too certain of oneself can cause you to look the fool.
If you have been putting something off, this can be a good time to get it done. You will know what needs to be done because you probably won’t want to do it. Once the energy gets moving, the universe will meet you right there. A little leap of faith can go a long way.
What contracts have you agreed to?
Do you like them?
Have you made plans for the future?
Do you still want to do these things?
Cancelling, editing, or shifting future plans is advisable.
It may involve some finagling so be HONEST about your intentions.
Discomfort is likely but that just means you are getting it done.
Finding Kindness
Kindness starts from within. In the most challenging states of our lives is is US pitted against ourselves. Venus and Saturn represent two opposing forces within us that have similar long term goals. They just go about achieving them in different ways.
What we want and desire, what we know is best, what makes us feel good can be seen through either lens. Different layers of reality support one another.
When we have pleasure, we are able to relax and flow.
When we have structure and discipline, that flow has a container and framework in which to build and grow.
Whatever is coming up that has you feeling lost, abandoned, insecure, or even angry… know that a unattached yet invested approach will serve you well. We can care deeply about something and still act from a sense of freedom from that caring. If we miss someone, and it drags us downward, we lack forward mobility. When we go through a challenging financial crisis, if we are stuck in the feeling of debt, we must labor tirelessly to reach a sense of abundance.
So this transit teaches us to acknowledge where we are, fully. From here, we can assess the landscape with a calm and cool perspective and envision our next steps.
I in no way intend to ‘throw shade’ at different astrological transits, but to point out potential pitfalls and glories of each energy field as it manifest in our consciousness here on Earth.
Kindness is honest. It isn’t exactly nice. Kindness recognizes what exists, accepts it for what it is, yet still offers honest and loving intention towards it. It’s okay to not reach your goals. It is okay to not even want to try. You can do whatever you want with your life. The consequences themselves are the balance to our deeds. We need not put ourselves through struggle and pain, it is a waste of good energy.
